Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Pembroke, ON. You will begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners as the face of Enterprise while developing operations expertise.

The program includes mentorship, hands-on learning, and a path to running your own branch, with opportunities to grow through a culture of promotion from within. Target first-year compensation is CAD 54,000.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 3-year Advanced Diploma, 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch and mentor a team.
• Receive guidance and establish community relationships to grow the business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 3-year Advanced Diploma, 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
