Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor to help shape AI reasoning on organizational behavior and decision-making. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling, with work that directly informs AI training pipelines for leading research labs.

You will review AI-generated leadership scenarios, critique reasoning quality, and provide structured feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to critique AI-produced management scenarios and provide structured feedback.
• Self-motivated, able to work asynchronously and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Comfort reading and critiquing case studies and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management scenarios used in AI training pipelines.
• Evaluate reasoning quality related to teams, incentives, organizational structure, and decision-making.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak managerial reasoning in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI handles complex leadership situations.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
