Program Overview:

  1. Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 months) - Gain experience in operations, inventory, order management, and pricing.
  2. Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (12 months) - Build customer relationships, manage projects, read blueprints, and negotiate with vendors.
  3. Phase 3: Account Management and Sales (15-18 months) - Focus on business development, identifying opportunities, and creating customer partnerships.
  4. Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (3 months) - Develop leadership skills, mentor others, and oversee operations.

Qualifications:

  • Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines)
  • Positive attitude, results-driven, eager to learn
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Work ethic, integrity, and ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
  • Interest in sales and business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
