Program Overview:

1. Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 months) – Gain experience in operations, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (12 months) – Build customer relationships, manage projects, and develop negotiation skills.
3. Phase 3: Account Management and Sales (15-18 months) – Focus on business development, sales strategies, and long-term customer partnerships.
4. Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (3 months) – Develop leadership competencies, mentor others, and oversee operations.

Qualifications:

• Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines welcome)
• Positive attitude, results-driven, eager to learn
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Work ethic, integrity, ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in sales and business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
