Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

The Health Industry Consulting team helps to design and implement clinical, business and technology transformations that support the delivery of care, drive health system performance, and improve patient experience.

The Work

Find innovative, creative solutions to the complex challenges facing healthcare organizations in Atlantic Canada and across the country.

Conduct research and analysis, synthesize large volumes of information, and create deliverables with clear, specific and actionable insights on technology, process, policy and more.

Lead small work streams or individual deliverables or support the management of large / complex projects or programs.

Take on a range of roles on complex clinical, business or technology transformation projects, including project management, process improvement, change management, strategy & roadmap development and more.

Work with senior team members to identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities.

Support sales and business development under the guidance of senior team members through contributions to proposal development.

Mentor junior team members.

Here’s what you need :

  • A University Degree is required for this position.
  • Minimum 2 years of consulting or similar experience, with a very strong preference for experience in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system.
  • Experience on a team delivering project-based work on tight timelines.
  • Ability to travel is required.
  • You have an MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working in healthcare.
  • You have experience managing projects (including scope, schedule and budget).
  • You have a clinical background.
  • You have experience with or training in change management.
  • You speak French.
