About the job :

• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Assess client organizations, processes, and systems; identify improvement opportunities; recommend innovative solutions.
• Manage projects from start to finish, aligning with client goals and timelines under the guidance of a Career Advisor.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
• Mentor and lead a team of consultants, supporting their professional growth.
• Develop and communicate innovative ideas and approaches.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development and networking to expand our market presence.
• Contribute to the firm's growth initiatives and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

About you :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA or higher is a plus.
• 2-7 years of experience in management consulting or financial services, focusing on strategy, operations, or risk management.
• Proven success in leading consulting projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and operations across various banking sectors.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights.
• Experience with technology transformation programs is advantageous.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
