Role Description

This full-time Management Consultant role is based in Toronto, ON and operates in a hybrid model, with a mix of on-site client work and work from home. The Management Consultant will analyze client businesses, assess current strategies and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, preparing presentations and reports, facilitating workshops and meetings, and supporting the design and implementation of new business processes and solutions. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams, managing project deliverables and timelines, and contributing to strategic recommendations that drive tangible business impact. The Management Consultant is expected to maintain strong professional relationships and support continuous improvement in consulting methodologies and tools.

Qualifications
