What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues
- Provide support to the Workday-managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical skills to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
- Substantial experience in technical and reporting workstreams during implementations or production support
- Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and data analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration, and/or Studio certification
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations using technologies such as Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Cloud Connect
- Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, and embedded analytics
- Strong knowledge of the Workday security model
- Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, and Excel
