What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues
- Provide support to the Workday ERP managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday services or similar roles
- Proven expertise in incidents and service requests related to Workday Grants Management or similar areas
- Good knowledge of Workday ERP modules and functionalities, with at least one certification (level 2 support)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Grant Lifecycle Management, Compliance Reporting, Cost Allocation, or Sponsor Billing
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a customer-focused mindset
