Managed Services Technical Lead (Toronto) : Up to $120,000 Base

A rapidly growing MSP is seeking a new Technical Lead to lead the IT Engineering and Support team.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the managed service project and support teams
2. Deploy and manage IT Infrastructure
3. Manage Virtualized environments
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues for clients
5. Consult with clients on ongoing IT improvements

Skills / Must have :

• MSP experience is essential
• Technical leadership and management experience
• Strong IT Infrastructure Engineering experience: storage, backup, VMWare, 365, Servers, Windows, AD, Networking, etc.
• Client consultation experience
