We are excited to open a new concept store, combining two iconic Canadian brands, Silk & Snow and Dormez-vous, to offer our customers all their sleep solutions in one location! For our June opening in Ste Foy, we are seeking dynamic sales associates passionate about guiding customers towards well-being.

At Silk & Snow, we create products that turn your house into a home. Every day, we help our customers access affordable luxury through meticulously designed and crafted sleep products that enhance their personal sanctuaries and provide the rest they deserve.

We make decisions based on three principles: using top-quality materials, ensuring each product is carefully made, and maintaining transparency in all we do. We are proud of our products and aim to give our customers confidence in choosing better products for their families, homes, and the planet.

We are looking for sales associates who will be at the heart of the customer experience. This unique position allows you to work in a Dormez-vous store and assist customers in a Silk & Snow environment. We offer continuous learning and development opportunities and provide the tools needed to become sleep experts. This full-time leadership role offers a base salary plus commissions, motivating you to make a difference in our customers' lives.

As a sales associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to identify their needs and promote our quality products and services.
• Maintaining attractive store displays through product presentation, restocking, and store upkeep.
• Collaborating with the sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
• Participating in visual directives, including setting up displays, merchandising, and signage.
• Representing our values centered on customer care, well-being, transparency, and sustainability.
• Sharing our brand story with customers.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers to explore our products and brand.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (not mandatory but considered an asset).
• A positive, optimistic attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Ambition and willingness to engage in ongoing training and learning.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
