Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a results-driven sales associate to engage customers, identify needs, and promote our sleep products and services. You will maintain attractive store presentation and help manage inventory to ensure stock accuracy.

The role offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for commission, extensive training, and benefits, along with a supportive team culture and career development resources.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.

In this current open role, you will:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
