As a Mall Lead Security Guard, you will be motivating and leading a team of highly trained security guards. There is a high focus on customer service, de-escalating situations, and constant patrols, since you will be working with people all shift, in a mall environment.

Responsibilities for Mall Security Guard

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Lead a team of highly trained security guards
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
• Perform regular patrols at the premises to maintain order and establish presence
• Enforce property regulations and city bylaws on the client's site
• Monitor closed-circuit cameras
• Protect the client's assets against theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Coordinate response to incidents
• Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department
• Complete daily and incident reports
