Job summary

OMERS / Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist on a 4-month contract to support the storytelling for Upper Canada Mall and Hillcrest Mall. You will report to the Marketing Manager at Hillcrest Mall and join a team of marketers to execute industry-leading initiatives.

The role is split between two properties (2 days at UCM, 3 days at HM) and requires 2–5 years of marketing/communications experience along with a marketing degree. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of marketing and/or communications experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Creative thinker with ability to identify opportunities for customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across two properties (UCM and HM).
• Monitor brand QA on website, social and email; update onsite signage and promotional materials.
