Here Are The Challenges You Will Face
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales:
- Manage sales activities in the assigned territory;
- Maintain and grow sales with existing clients;
- Develop business with food distributors, retail groups, and other purchasing and restaurant chains;
- Represent the organization at industry events;
- Train internal and external partners on the product range;
- Strategically negotiate commercial agreements;
- Analyze market data to adjust sales strategies;
- Regularly prospect for new clients;
- Collaborate with marketing to design sales tools;
- Work in synergy with internal teams to support business objectives;
- Effectively use digital tools in business management.
Required Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an account manager or in a similar role;
- Sales experience in the food sector (knowledge of the meat market: an asset);
- Bilingualism (French/English) (clients located in Canada and the United States);
- Good knowledge of IT tools;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Autonomy, initiative, dynamism;
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented approach.
What The Position Has To Offer
- Salary based on experience: between $90,000 and $110,000;
- Permanent, full-time position, daytime schedule (Monday to Friday);
