  • Contribute to the growth of the institutional and laundry division.
  • Work in synergy with technical and sales teams.

Our client is a company specializing in industrial cleaning products and machinery. They are looking for their new Major Account Manager to ensure the operational management, development and loyalty of key customers in the laundry and dishwasher equipment sector.

Your role :

  • Make regular visits to the territory (mainly Montreal, occasionally Quebec City).
  • Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.
  • Supervise resources assigned to accounts and plan services to be delivered.
  • Ensure application of service protocols for optimal performance.

Skills and qualifications :
