Qualifications

  • Experience with operation of an ATV, RTV, UTV, or Snowmobile an asset.
  • Must be over the age of 18 with a valid class 'G' driver's license.
  • Prepared to work in all outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance work on the snowmaking system.
  • Install new hydrant locations and snow guns.
  • Maintain a safe worksite while hiking the mountain with equipment.

HOURLY RATE: $20.91

FULL TIME HOURS- MONDAY - FRIDAY

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Snowmaking department in the summer is primarily responsible for summer maintenance to all snowmaking equipment on and off hill. Additionally, you will be responsible for new capital projects

focused around installing snowmaking infrastructure and equipment to improve our winter snowmaking capabilities.

  • Perform preventative maintenance work on the snowmaking system.
  • Cutting, & threading steel pipe
  • Installing new hydrant locations
  • Adjusting, & installing snow guns
  • Installing new drainage
  • Fencing around construction
  • Maintaining a safe worksite
  • Hiking the mountain in various conditions with equipment

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Experience with operation of an ATV, RTV, UTV, or Snowmobile an asset.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Must be over the age of 18 with a valid class "G" driver's license with satisfactory driver abstract
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prepared to work in all outdoor conditions
  • Must be detail oriented and safety conscious
