  • Perform repairs in response to malfunctions.
  • Conduct general repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure comfort.
  • Perform minor painting, carpentry, plumbing, lock, and repair work.
  • Clear sidewalks, trails, emergency exits, balconies, and entrances of snow.
  • Maintain swimming pool water treatments.
  • Perform end-of-season maintenance and seasonal equipment management.
  • Participate in renovation projects and special tasks.
  • Handle transportation and handling tasks as needed.

Job description

Status : Full time

Salary : $24.43 per hour

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for repairing and maintaining the hotel's equipment and facilities.

Job duties :

  • Perform repairs in response to malfunctions
  • Conduct general repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure comfort
  • Perform minor painting, carpentry, plumbing, lock, and repair work
  • Clear sidewalks, trails, emergency exits, balconies, and entrances of snow
