A2SKI Industrial is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of buildings, facilities, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other facility equipment.

·Conduct routine inspections of the facility to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly.

·Repair or replace damaged components, such as doors, windows, locks, and flooring.

·Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems as needed.

·Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.

·Maintain and update records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.

·Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.

·Assist with cleaning and organizing work areas and maintenance supplies.

·Report major repair or maintenance needs to supervisors and recommend improvements.

·Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and general upkeep of outdoor areas during seasonal changes.

·Perform any other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

REQUIRMENTS:

·Proven experience as a maintenance worker, janitor, or in a similar role.

·Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

·Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

·Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.

·Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

·Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.

·High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications or training is a plus).

·Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

·Strong communication and organizational skills.

ROLE CRITERIA:

·Exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

·Work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, factories, or residential environments.

·Occasional evening or weekend work required for urgent maintenance needs.

·Drug and Alcohol screening is required
