We are looking for a hands-on team member to support facility operations in a technical maintenance capacity. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and a proactive approach to equipment care. The position is full-time, weekdays only.

Shift : Monday to Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM

Compensation : $31.00 – $35.00 / hour

Certifications or trade tickets are not required

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and general upkeep of mechanical and operational systems.

Coordinate with operations to execute preventative tasks and minimize disruptions.

Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust machinery or production-related equipment.

Identify and implement cost-effective maintenance solutions.

Maintain accurate electronic records of service and repair activities.

Communicate with external service providers as necessary.

Follow all workplace safety procedures including equipment lockout / tagout.

Support site-wide health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Participate in cross-shift communication to ensure continuity and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Background & Skills

5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a related setting.

Familiarity with industrial or production environments (e.g., automation, presses, etc.).

Safety certification(s) for lift equipment are an asset (training provided if not currently held).

Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance practices.

Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.

Must be able to pass a background check.
