Job description

Your contributions to the team include:

  1. Diagnosing and repairing basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical issues.
  2. Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, fixtures, and flooring such as carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tiles.
  3. Painting, drywall patching, mudding, taping, etc.
  4. Maintaining the building exterior, including basic groundskeeping as needed.
  5. Detecting faulty operations, defective materials, and reporting deficiencies.

What you need to be successful:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role.
  2. Completion of relevant trade or technical certification, or equivalent experience.
  3. Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment.
  4. Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets for email, electronic work order applications, and timesheets.
  5. Availability to work on-call on a rotational basis.
  6. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
