Your contributions to the team include:

1. Diagnosing and repairing basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
2. Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures, and tile replacement
3. Painting, drywall patching, mudding, taping, etc.
4. Maintaining building exterior including grounds maintenance as required
5. Detecting faulty operations, defective materials, and reporting deficiencies

What you need to be successful:

1. 2+ years’ experience in a maintenance-related role
2. Completion of relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience
3. Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
4. Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets for email, work orders, and timesheets
5. Availability to work on-call on a rotational basis
6. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
