Job summary

Skyline is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Windsor, Ontario, to perform on-demand and preventive maintenance across residential properties. The role covers minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs in occupied and vacant units.

You will respond to requests professionally, document updates for the property team, and assist with suite turns while ensuring common areas are safe and well-maintained. The position includes health and dental benefits.

Qualifications

Strong service mindset for residents, visitors, and team members.
Hands-on maintenance including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
General understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and organization in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks in occupied and vacant units (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
Respond to maintenance requests promptly with clear notes and updates to the team.
Support suite turns by cleaning, repairing and prepping units for new residents.
Maintain clean, safe common areas and building systems.
Conduct routine inspections of emergency lighting and fire safety equipment.
