Your contributions to the team include:

1. Diagnosing and repairing plumbing, heating, and electrical issues of basic to intermediate complexity.
2. Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, fixtures, and replacing carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tiles.
3. Painting, drywall patching, mudding, and taping.
4. Maintaining the building exterior and grounds as needed.
5. Identifying faulty operations, defective materials, and reporting deficiencies.

What you need to be successful:

1. At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role.
2. Completion of relevant trade or technical certification, or equivalent experience.
3. Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment.
4. Experience with computers, smartphones, and tablets for email, work orders, and timesheets.
5. Availability for on-call work on a rotational basis.
6. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
