Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an industrial laundry facility. You will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers; perform preventive/predictive maintenance and welding; respond to alarms; and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain industrial equipment and systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment and components.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Conduct various welding activities as needed.
• Respond to emergency alarms and safety concerns.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners.
