Job summary

pH7 Technologies Inc. in South Burnaby is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and uptime at Plant 101.

You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and document activities to maintain a clear asset history. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Project teams, lead maintenance planning, and help advance the company’s reliability program.

Qualifications

• Red Seal or equivalent industrial maintenance background.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance or related fields.
• Experience with pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, piping, tanks, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective, preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical process equipment and facility systems.
• Complete work orders and maintain asset history in MaintainX.
• Support development and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs.
• Identify chronic equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Support PM optimization and maintenance planning initiatives.
• Coordinate contractors and support project handovers.
• Provide technical mentorship across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Project teams.
