• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Must work inside and outside in all seasons.

• Maintain rooms in operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
• Repair all appliances and damaged bathroom fixtures.
• Maintain overall appearance of rooms and perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair and maintain heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Repair furniture, carpets, marble, tile, windows, mirrors as necessary.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within our facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain rooms in operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
2. Repair all appliances and damaged bathroom fixtures; execute general plumbing as needed.
3. Maintain the overall appearance of rooms; replace broken mirrors, hang fixtures, paint, etc.
4. Repair and maintain room's heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
5. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
6. Repair furniture, carpet, marble, tile, windows, mirrors, and decorations as necessary.
7. Perform all other duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. Prior work experience as a Maintenance Technician is required.
2. Must be able to work at heights of 10 feet.
3. Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs safely.
