Job description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain rooms in operating condition by performing repairs as needed.
• Repair all appliances and damaged bathroom fixtures; execute general plumbing as needed.
• Maintain overall appearance of rooms; replace broken mirrors, hang fixtures, paint, etc.
• Repair and maintain room's heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Repair furniture, carpet, marble, tile, windows, mirrors, and decorations as necessary.
• Perform all other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience as a Maintenance Technician is required.
• Ability to work at heights of 10 feet.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
