Job description

As a member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on Distribution Center equipment and the building. Knowledge of automated sortation systems is a plus!

This is a 2nd shift opportunity. 2nd shift hours will be 3:30 pm - 12:00 am.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform light industrial and fabrication tasks.
  • Troubleshoot, perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated conveyor systems.
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic valves and systems.
  • Understand motor control wiring and troubleshoot AC and DC electrical systems.
  • Maintain hydraulics for baling and lift equipment.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Perform facility maintenance such as plumbing, lighting, and carpentry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment.
  • Read blueprints and schematics.
  • Lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and climb stairs/ladders during shift.
  • Dress appropriately for varying warehouse temperatures.
  • Work from platform equipment.

Pay range for Maintenance Technician in Virginia DC: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (2nd shift).

Full-time and part-time associates are eligible for the 401(k) plan after three months of service. Benefits for full-time employees begin after 30 days of employment and include medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, and more.
