Job description

We Are Hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at a food manufacturing facility in Windsor!

  • Compensation : $40-45 / hour with overtime pay
  • Full-time + occasional overtime
  • Monday to Friday, 4 AM – 12 PM

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform maintenance and calibration of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems used in production, packaging, and storage.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent costly breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP, and GFSI regulations.

Requirements :

  • Millwright Ticket required.
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, conveyor belts, and transmission systems.
  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and GFSI regulations.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices.
