****This position is for a Mobile Maintenance Technician based in Vancouver****

In this role

You’re a dependable self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You possess a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether responding to emergency requests, working on light construction projects, or conducting regular inspections.

  • Yourespond to work orders related to light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

  • Your tenants are pleased with how you respond to and complete work orders and projects

  • You provide ongoing assistance and support to theteamin all aspects of site operation and maintenance.

What you'll bring

  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment.

  • A valid BC driver’s licenseand access to your vehicle.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)

  • Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems

  • Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects

  • Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

  • 1-2years of experience in building/property maintenance

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $48,800.00 to $60,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
