Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance:

  • Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Repair or replace faulty components as necessary.
  • Resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,repairs,and equipment conditions.
• Emergency Response:
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations and take appropriate action.
• General Maintenance:
  • Perform general maintenance tasks,such as cleaning,painting, plumbing, and repairs.

Requirements:
