Candidate Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience within basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and appliances. HVAC certification is strongly
• Must be able to assist with snow removal
• Good verbal and written communication skills and great customer service skills are required
• Must have own basic tools, valid NJ driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel between properties
