BGO is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Calgary, Alberta. This onsite role supports preventative and reactive maintenance for a vibrant property portfolio, contributing to safety, cleanliness, and tenant satisfaction.
You will handle repairs, vendor coordination, and resident service while upholding health and safety standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Alberta boiler certification, and a valid driver’s license.
The Maintenance Technician will contribute and participate in activities related to preventative, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance as well as environmental, health and safety, and other special initiatives.
