Job Title: Maintenance Technician –Production & Packaging Equipment

Job Summary

Join our dynamic maintenance team in a clean, well-maintained facility where your skills will keep high-speed packaging and manufacturing equipment running smoothly. We offer a supportive work culture, consistent hours, and up to 20 hours of overtime weekly — plus four-day weekends to recharge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing and packaging machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance

• Maintain high-speed packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Collaborate with a team of 20 maintenance professionals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Millwright, Electrician, or other relevant certification

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Familiarity with automated packaging systems and warehouse operations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Night shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM, rotating schedule (5 on/4 off, 5 on/5 off, 4 on/5 off)

• Facility specializes in dairy product manufacturing and distribution
