Entry-Level Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Handle diverse maintenance tasks—from plumbing and electrical repairs to carpentry and general fixes.
  • Troubleshoot and quickly resolve maintenance issues to maintain community standards.
  • Efficiently manage maintenance requests using computer systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and uphold safety guidelines.

Requirements
  • Experience or willingness to quickly learn general maintenance tasks.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 80 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.

  • Positive attitude and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
