As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to our team in the Belle Plaine area!

This Full-Time, hands on position will have you primarily responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties. In addition, you'll assist with office and grounds tasks as needed.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Building systems maintenance
  • Unit repairs and reconditioning
  • Drywall repairs
  • Painting
  • Minor plumbing work
  • Minor electrical work
  • Grounds care and snow removal
  • Office work including showing/leasing units, prospective/current coorespondence, etc.

Requirements

  • Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
  • Must have a valid US driver's license
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Available for after hour emergencies as needed
