Eaton Corporation in Airdrie, Alberta, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, install and commission machinery, and support ELSS, EBS, and MESH initiatives to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will read schematics, work with CMMS, manage spare parts, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

The hourly rate for this position is $$40-44 plus a $2/hr premium for hours worked after 4pm per hour.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for effectively carrying out tasks associated with the predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all facility and production equipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, equipment installations, and maintenance activities while supporting key corporate initiatives including the Eaton Lean System (ELSS), Eaton Business System (EBS), and the Eaton Management System for Environment, Health, Safety and Security (MESH).
This role requires a safety-focused, hands-on professional with strong electrical troubleshooting skills, industrial maintenance experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
