West Coast Self-Storage has an opening for a Maintenance Tech in the Vancouver / Portland area . This position involves traveling from North Seattle to our Bellingham locations. The ideal candidate should have groundskeeping and maintenance experience and be looking to grow within our career path.

Schedule- Tuesday-Saturday || 9 : 45am-6 : 15pm

• 20.00 / hr. Competitive hourly wage
• 250.00 Monthly Mileage Reimbursement

Day to Day for you :

• Responds quickly to emergency maintenance situations
• Learns skills necessary to complete the job and uses outside sources for troubleshooting
• Is able to troubleshoot and brainstorm solutions to resolve maintenance issues
• Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to district manager
• Prepares bids for projects to include time, materials, tools, and anything else necessary to complete the project

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE :

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Basic set of tools. Drills, drivers, wrenches. Screw drivers, etc. (Required)
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience (required)
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools (required)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
