Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is urgently seeking a Maintenance Champion in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in Building Maintenance and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. You will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's standards and ensuring efficient operations while building positive relationships with team members and vendors.

Qualifications

2. Must be able to manage positive relationships with hotel team members, outside contractors and vendors alike! - your smile is a part of your uniform! :)

3. Must be fearless in solving new and challenging problems! Willing to engage with established supports (or seek out new ones) to overcome all challenges!

4. Must be comfortable with digital (mobile app based) work order tracking, reporting and training.

5. Must be able to adhere to deadlines for reporting and routine inspections on weekly, monthly and quarterly timelines.

6. Must be willing to be a part of the finest hotel management team in the city (if not the world!) :)
