POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor
STATUS: Full-Time Permanent Position
SALARY: Excellent Benefits
LOCATION: Ontario, CA
INDUSTRY: Food Industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, or related field
2. 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
3. Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
4. Skilled in preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting
5. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and equipment installations
6. Solid understanding of OSHA/safety regulations
7. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
8. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and developing a team of maintenance technicians
2. Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
3. Overseeing preventive maintenance programs
4. Supporting line changeovers and equipment upgrades
5. Leading safety and compliance initiatives
