Position Details

Location: Regency Retirement Resorts in the Okanagan, including Vernon, Penticton, West Kelowna, and Kelowna. This role is based on-site at Kelowna.

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor, under the General Manager’s guidance, is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and equipment, ensuring safety, appearance, and functionality. Responsibilities include performing repairs, managing preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, fire inspections, assisting with event setups, managing inventory, overseeing budgets, and fostering a positive team environment. The role also involves promoting resident dignity, supporting new staff onboarding, and other duties as needed.
