We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position within our Gananoque facility. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead our site’s maintenance programs, develop strategies to improve these programs to the latest industry’s best practices. You will accomplish this by leveraging your team of highly skilled mechanical, electrical, and facilities staff to collaborate with the operations and other site teams to achieve our site goals, within an FDA regulated 24/7 operation.
Key areas of responsibilities will be to deliver improvements to our site equipment reliability (OEE), maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), standardizing our preventative and predictive maintenance programs, while developing our entire workforce on maintenance excellence. This role also provides leadership to the supply’s storeroom and maintenance information system (Maximo).
