AtKidco Construction, we are proud to say we’re building Calgary from the ground down. As one of Alberta’s leading earthworks contractors, we operate a large fleet of over 600 pieces of earthmoving equipment. We are currently seeking an experiencedMaintenance Supervisorto lead our maintenance operations and support the continued growth and efficiency of our fleet.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role and the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the Kidco’s off road equipment, ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition. Daily tasks include:

• Leading and supervising activities in the shop.
• Manage scheduled maintenance,
• Diagnose and repairing of mechanical issues,
• Managing a team of maintenance technicians,
• Lead safety initiatives, ensuring safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Red Seal Certification
• Experience in leading a large maintenance facility.
• Experience with a diverse fleet and heavy machinery
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
