They analyze breakdowns, implement performance indicators, and collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal equipment availability. During major shutdowns, they coordinate the preparation, planning, and execution of work, organize health and safety training, supervise preliminary inspections, develop schedules, and ensure the security of parts.
