Job description

We're seeking a dynamic Maintenance Planner to join our client's manufacturing team in Vaughan. What We Offer :

  • Salary : $70000 / yr
  • Job Type / Shift : Full-time / Permanent
  • Benefits : Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and RRSP match

What You'll Do :

  • Provide maintenance supervision support (hourly employee management), including staff scheduling.
  • Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) program standards are developed, maintained and improved.
  • Effective planning of all required resources - review the daily production schedule to set up the maintenance PM schedules to utilize weekday hours.
  • Maintain the asset-based maintenance work order response program and follow up on completed work orders.

What We're Looking For :

  • Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Understanding of tools and parts.
  • Supervision and Team Management skills.
  • 5 years of Maintenance Planner experience.
  • Creative thinking and analytical skills.
