Maintenance Planner (multiple opportunities)

About the role

We seek a Maintenance Planner to coordinate weekly maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and equipment reliability. Success depends on managing multiple resources, sound decision-making, and timely delivery of work plans.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for organized, curious individuals to advance their careers in maintenance, including involvement in our six-week planning process.

Reporting to the Senior Planner and working Monday to Friday, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing safety in work planning and execution
  • Enhancing productivity by minimizing delays and obstacles
  • Creating practical maintenance plans with accurate resource estimates and materials
  • Providing KPI data on maintenance performance
  • Recommending system and process improvements
  • Leading follow-up meetings to capture learnings and improvements
  • Applying shutdown management best practices
  • Scheduling and tracking the shipment of repairable and long lead-time parts
