Waiward Industrial, a leading construction and maintenance service provider, is seeking a Maintenance Planner for their LNGC Site in Kitimat, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed work plans, ensuring timely delivery of construction packages, and coordinating resources to maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment. Ideal applicants will have a relevant educational background and several years of supervisory experience in the industry.

Job Purpose
The Maintenance Planner is primarily responsible for reviewing construction documents and technical specifications, in the preparation of detailed work plans that consider all aspects including; cost estimating, scheduling, and maximizing resource utilization, to enable tradespersons to perform quality work in a safe, effective and efficient manner at the LNGC Site in Kitimat, BC.
Working Conditions
The incumbent is required to work on a maintenance/construction site with moderate noise, extreme temperatures, inclement weather and other safety sensitive conditions associated with industrial site/plant work.
Physical Requirements
The incumbent is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal for extended periods of time; and extensive reading. The incumbent is also required to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
