Job summary

Cérélia Canada, part of the global Cérélia Group, seeks a Maintenance Planner in Mississauga to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

You will develop job plans, manage CMMS data, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors, Operations, and Technicians to reduce downtime and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Three to five years of experience working as a Maintenance Planner.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance job plans for preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities.
• Prepare labor estimates, task sequences, required skill requirements, tools, permits, and resource requirements for maintenance work orders.
• Build and maintain weekly and daily maintenance schedules in collaboration with Maintenance Supervisors and Operations.
• Facilitate weekly maintenance planning and scheduling meetings.
• Monitor schedule compliance and reschedule incomplete work as required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions and maximize equipment availability.
