Job summary

Ledcor is seeking Highway Maintenance Operators for the Alaska Highway, based in camp in Dease Lake, BC. The role requires a Class 1 or 3 license with air endorsement and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

You will operate snowplows and wheel loaders as part of a team focused on keeping highways safe and maintained year-round. Wages are portal-listed, with camp arrangements provided and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license with air endorsement.
• Clear 3-year driver's abstract.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and periodic night/shifts/on-call work.
• Experience operating a snowplow truck and/or wheel loader is a strong asset.
